Back up and import your save

The community guide’s v0.90.0 Saves screen describes manual export and import. Interface labels may change; read the current confirmation in the game before proceeding.

Export the source save

1. On the browser or installation containing the progress you want, open Options → Saves → Export Save.
2. Save the resulting file somewhere you can find again. Keep an untouched copy until you have verified the destination.
3. If the destination already has progress worth keeping, open it separately and export that save too. Give the files distinct names so you know which is which.

Import at the destination

1. At the intended destination, open Options → Saves → Import Save.
2. Select the source file you intend to transfer. Read the on-screen warning and confirm only when you are ready to replace the destination progress.
3. Inspect the resulting character and progress after import. Keep both backups until you are satisfied with the result.

The historical source says import replaces the destination account instead of merging progress. Cross-platform transfer and recovery of an active run have not been tested here; a manual export is not evidence of cloud sync.
