Class progression

Talent Points, XP and Respec

Earn class experience between runs, then read the tree before spending points.

The inspected v0.90.0 talent screen says survival time, kills, bosses and a win contribute to class talent experience; it also says harder zones award more. It does not provide a complete XP formula.

Spend and remove a point

  1. Open Talents from the main screen or Armory for the selected class.
  2. Check available points and hover over a talent to read its effect and prerequisites. Later rows can require points in that tree and an earlier named milestone.
  3. Click an eligible talent to spend a point. The v0.90.0 instructions say right-click removes an allocated point.
  4. Inspect the resulting tree after changing a prerequisite. The source did not test every dependency or a reset on an invested character.

The inspected screen says respecs are free and has a Reset control, but the source author did not execute a reset. Check the current client before changing an established build.

Talent points and run cards

Talent progress is retained for the class between runs. A level-up card is a separate choice in one run: a talent may support a hoped-for spell, but it does not guarantee that spell appears. Open build examples for sourced point orders and alternatives when an offer is missing.

Compare the class identities or learn how persistent equipment differs from run jewelry.

Source and scope

The talent reference reports reading original v0.90.0 menus on October 15, 2026. Its author did not perform a full respec or measure an XP formula; present-day behavior may differ.
