Host or join a co-op run

Choose a character, check versions and zone access, then use the host’s lobby code.

The community co-op guide describes the v0.115.0 interface and reports five party places including the host. Check the current game for changes; we have not independently tested a lobby.

Before creating the lobby

  1. Each player opens the creator’s game and chooses a class.
  2. Check that everyone uses the same game version. Check that each selected class can enter the intended zone; unlocks may be class-specific.
  3. Leave enough room in the party: the reported five places include the host.

Host and invite

  1. Choose your hero and zone, then open Play with friends → Host.
  2. Enter a lobby name; choose a public listing or a private lobby and set a password if desired. Select Host the lobby.
  3. Share the lobby code and any password. Wait for everyone to appear, close the co-op window and enter the zone to start the group run.

Join a friend

  1. Choose your class, open the friends or multiplayer option, and select the join path.
  2. Select Join by code, enter the host’s code and the password if the room has one, and confirm you are joining the intended lobby. Join before the run starts and wait for the host to enter the zone.

If someone cannot join

  • Recheck the code and password and that the host’s lobby is still open and has not started its run.
  • Compare client versions and confirm the selected character has access to the host’s zone.
  • Check whether all five reported party places are already occupied. If the problem continues, keep the exact error; these checks do not solve every network issue.
